How to begin uploading your images.

1. First you need to log into AAA, if you haven’t registered yet simple click on the register link under the login box on the Home page.

2. Once logged in you will notice the Gallery link on the left. Click on Gallery to open up the gallery page. 

3. To the right of the page you will notice, in red, “Main gallery page" and "My galleries" Click on My galleries.

4. The first thing you need to do is make a Category. To do this click on the "My galleries" Tab. Go down to Create Gallery section. Now give your gallery a name. I think the best way for this to work is if everyone used there personal name. This will avoid any conflicts and make it easier to search for images by our members. Give the gallery a description and please be descriptive. Click published and then click on save which is the small floppy disk just above this box.

5. Its now time to upload your images. The image tab should now automatically open up, if not just click the "My Images" Tab. Go down to "User Upload", Click on the drop down menu for the category and select the gallery you just created. Next find the image you wish to upload by using the browse button. Now give your image a title followed by the description and again please give full description as we all love to read all about the images taken e.g. telescope used, camera used and image name etc.

6. Lastly click on the small globe next to the cross just above this box and enjoy.

7. To upload more images just repeat step 5 to 6 again.
